Kacy began her career with Aflac in May of 2004 in Edwardsville, Illinois. After a successful three years in Illinois as a District Sales Coordinator, Broker Development Coordinator, and Regional Sales Coordinator, Kacy made her transition to Aflac’s Worldwide Headquarters in Columbus, Georgia in May of 2007.
During her tenure at Worldwide Headquarters, Kacy served as a Trainer and Training Manager for Aflac’s Pacific, North, and West Territories.
In May of 2010, Kacy accepted a position as a Regional Sales Coordinator in metro Detroit. When Kacy took over this team, it was producing $4 million annually and in less than three years, they were producing over $7 million annually, which placed her in the top 3% of all Regional Sales Coordinators nationally.
In January of 2013, Kacy accepted a promotion to State Sales Coordinator (SSC) of Iowa. Kacy is the youngest female to be named State Sales Coordinator with Aflac and is currently the youngest active SSC in the company.
Kacy graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration. In April of 2012, she received her Chartered Leadership Fellow® designation from The American College. Kacy currently sits on the board for Young Variety, a children’s charity located in Des Moines, Iowa.
