Jeff also assumed a leadership role within Northwestern Mutual as Growth and Development Director. The purpose of this role is to expand their local office by introducing new people to a career in financial planning and then to mentor them toward becoming successful advisors. Jeff sees this role as an opportunity to broaden the positive impact of the work they do in their local community. During his previous tenure as College Unit Director, the internship program in Buffalo ranked in the top 15 out of 300 offices around the country.

Raised in the Buffalo suburb of West Seneca, Jeff has a vested interest in helping local families and businesses succeed. He credits any success he has had to the values that his parents instilled in him and his sister as they were growing up.
