Mike has had a varied and fascinating career since joining MetLife seven years ago.  He began his career as a financial advisor after earning a Bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in international studies from the University of Connecticut. After just four years on the job, Mike assumed the role of director of training and development for MetLife Financial Group of NY in Manhattan. Two years later, he was promoted to director of talent acquisition where he was responsible for growing the firm and driving revenue by recruiting experienced external talent. In 2013, Mike accepted the position of regional associate, responsible for recruiting experienced industry professionals in the Greater NYC Metro territory. Recently Mike assumed the role of chief of staff for the Eastern Zone vice president of MetLife's Group, Voluntary & Worksite Sales channel. He looks forward to this new opportunity for growth and development.

Mike holds his Series 6, 7, 63, 65, LAH, and P&C licenses. During his career at MetLife, he continued to be a "forever student" and earned his ChFC®, CASL®, CLU®, and CFP® designations in addition to obtaining his Masters of Science in Management with a focus on Executive Leadership - all through The American College.
