Ross Borzin, CLU®, began his career in insurance and financial services in 1984. Today, he is an agency manager with MassMutual Financial Group. Ross focuses on retirement planning, qualified and non-qualified benefits and business succession planning.
Ross came to the United States from Iran to attend Georgia Tech and then the University of Dallas, where he earned a degree in industrial engineering. In 1981, he graduated from Oklahoma University with an M.B.A. in finance and marketing. He later received an advanced degree from Stanford University’s Executive Institute for Advance Marketing and a CLU® designation from The American College.
Ross is past president of the Silicon Valley Association of Insurance and Advisors and past president of The Society of Financial Services Professionals. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and currently serves on the GAMA International Professional Development Committee. On March 20 in Las Vegas at GAMA’s annual LAMP conference, Ross will receive the organization’s prestigious Cy Pick Award for his commitment to volunteerism.
Ross lives in Castro Valley, CA, with his wife, Patricia, and four sons.
