PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING STOCK TO THE AMERICAN COLLEGE
VIA DEPOSITORY TRUST COMPANY (DTC)

STEP 1. Send a signed letter to your broker. Please include the following in the letter:

"I authorize (name of donor's broker and brokerage house) to transfer (number of shares) shares of (name of stock) from my account (donor's account number) to The American College, 270 S. Bryn Mawr Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010"

STEP 2: Send a copy of that letter to:

STEP 3: Provide your broker with the following transfer information:
                        DTC Number 0062
                        Account Number 68287241 - Vanguard

STEP 4: Please notify Donna Suglia at The American College Advancement Office once the stock transfer is complete by calling 800-821-8356, ext. 1440. This will ensure prompt notice of receipt.
